In order to make purchases as simple and secure as possible for you, transactions are provided through Artspan Shopping Cart for both originals and Artspan's Prints-On-Demand feature.
PAYMENT PROCESS
Transactions through Artspan utilize Visa, MC, AMEX, Discover, and PayPal for all purchases. PayPal is an easy and secure way for handling on-line purchases with expanded options to accept all major credit cards.
Originals. Click on the image in the Gallery of the artwork you want to purchase. Next click the "add to cart" button beside the image and follow the payment instructions.
Prints. Click a print size for either "Buy Print Only" or "Go to Frame Shop" with options for adding choices of paper, canvas, framing, and matting, then follow instructions.
TERMS OF PURCHASE
Shipping
Originals: Shipping for original paintings shipped in the United States will be at a rate determined by the size of the painting inclusive of the packing box, and location of shipment.
Prints: Purchaser chooses shipping method and his cost is automatically calculated and included in the itemization.
Item(s) ordered will be shipped within seven (7) days. Seller is not responsible for transit time of carrier.
Returns
Originals. The Purchaser may return any original item within the thirty (30) day period following delivery of the purchased item. Item must be repacked carefully and returned in the same condition received. Upon return of the item, artist will refund to purchaser within seven (7) days. The refund will include any taxes, shipping and handling, and other charges, paid by purchaser. Commissioned work is non-refundable.
Artspan Prints-on-demand (POD). Purchaser has the unconditional right to return any item(s) purchased, with no explanation required, within a 7 (seven) day period following delivery of the purchased item(s). Purchaser pays for return shipping. Prints must be returned in their original packaging; originals must be repacked carefully and returned in the same condition received. Upon return of the item(s), a full refund will be issued.
Dispute Mediation
Upon any disagreement the purchaser and seller will ask Artspan to mediate the dispute, and agree to abide by Artspan's decision regarding the matter.
Rights of Artist
The Artist, his heirs, executors, administrators, and assigns, hereby expressly reserve all rights whatsoever to copy or reproduce the artwork. The Artist may give permission to reprduce the artwork for catalogues and other promotion purposes, but if authorization is given, the reproduction must contain copyright notice suitable to the artist. Subsequent owners of the artwork will make all reasonable efforts to provide the artist with their names.
